A Gong Bath / Sound Bath – Sound has the ability to affect matter.
Today researchers are proving what ancient people have know for thousands of years, and that is… our body responds to vibration, and that every cell, neurone and organ in the body resonates with its own frequency creating a symphony of sound.
Physics suggests that a voice is able to break glass. Every piece of glass has (as does every other material on Earth) a natural resonant frequency – the speed at which it will vibrate if disturbed by some stimulus, such as a sound wave.
