Leadership from the inside out

Effective leadership is not about choosing between strength and softness, performance and presence, strategy and soul. It is about creating capacity to hold both.

This event is an immersive experience for senior level women working inside complex organisations which brings embodied transformation tools into a refined business-facing context

It is for the leaders who must hold polarities every day:

  • Confidence and humility
  • Authority and compassion
  • Results and wellbeing
  • Service and self

Holding Power with Humanity – Power, Presence and Humane Leadership is a two-day residential immersion for those who need to lead with depth and humanity.

Why

Humane leadership is no longer optional …   It is commercially critical.

These 3 days are not about fixing women to fit existing systems. It is about restoring balance to the kind of leadership our organisations and our world require now.

In a world shaped by acceleration, disruption and relentless performance, women in leadership are being asked to hold more than ever before.

More responsibility.
More complexity.
More emotional energy and capacity
More expectation to lead with clarity, courage and care.

Humane leaders need a functioning radar to understand what is happening and a moral compass to guide decision making.

This event supports women to strengthen the inner game of leadership, building greater psychological safety and trust, cultivating courageous presence and connecting with the deeper intelligence that allows us to lead clearly when facing the pressures of uncertainty and change.

Why This Matters Now

Human sustainability is emerging as a defining business priority.

After years of burnout, attrition and cultural fatigue, organisations are recognising that long-term performance depends on psychologically safe teams, emotionally intelligent leadership and cultures of trust and inclusion.

This work directly supports leaders who carry responsibility for culture, people and moral direction inside organisations.

Is this you?

This programme is particularly suited to women who are often required to be the moral voice within organisations and who must influence across complex power structures.

Example roles, including:

  • Senior HR and People leader
  • Culture, transformation and wellbeing leader
  • Functional and operational leader
  • Woman preparing for wider organisational influence
